Ancient and listed buildings present particular challenges. They need special flair, imagination and care to bring them into the 21st century, while retaining their original character. St. John’s Church in York dates back to the 12th century.
Using specialist design skills and our experience with listed buildings Kent Building Developments sensitively converted the ancient building into the Award winning Parish bar and restaurant. The entire project, valued at £1.7 million, was managed entirely by us.
