Commercial renovations can either be new, listed or ancient. Using specialist design skills and experience all are approached with the same enthusiasm and know-how.

December 2018 Open for Business - lots of great comments from the locals as well as people going for drinks and / or meals

November 2018 Almost there - the new Coach & Horses signs are up.

September 2018 Work is progressing well internally.

August 2018 Work also began on refurbishment of the kitchen in Scarcroft School in York

August 2018 Work began on the Coach & Horses in Rillington to do some renovations and alterations.

Ancient and listed buildings present particular challenges. They need special flair and imagination to retain their original character while bringing them into the 21st century.

We took a deconsecrated 12th Century church and created the wonderful, award winning Parish bar and restaurant in York. The Parish provides top quality and stylish comfort, including a commercial kitchen and state of the art sound and light system.

Other bars and restaurants have been renovated, such as the Coach & Horses, Tanglewood in York and the Spread Eagle in Burnley. All of which had their challenges but nothing that we couldn't deal with.
