Bolton Hall - The project was to demolish two single storey side extensions, prepare the foundation and construct a new external extension to the side of the existing house along with associated works. The extension includes a kitchen & dining area, with a porch canopy clad in OSB board. The glass walls were supplied & fitted by Reveal Doors & Windows made in their own factory in Pudsey, near Leeds. The Solarlux Cero Sliding door is made by a German company. Delivery & installation of the massive glass panels was a scary point in the build but the professionalism of the installation guys, along with our own people made the process go without a hitch.
This project completed at the end February 2026.
