MARCH 2026
This original 1900s traditional farm property was built in stone, wood and steel. The project was to add a Timber Frame extension with external stone cladding, to repoint the walls with lime mortar and to add a new slate roof. This involved a large amount of scaffolding to surround the property to enable the stone cladding to be done. The area intended for the extension allows for the Timber Frame to be built within the scaffolding space.
