AUG 2026 - Knapton

The project in Knapton is a demolition of an existing bungalow to build a new two-storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor
(1 of which is to be a craft room), with 2 on the ground floor (1 of which to be the main bedroom). Dining, Living, Kitchen, Utility
and WCs on the ground floor with a shower room on the first floor.
The foundation has been poured and the scaffolding has been up to enable the timber frame to be installed.
The installation of the timber frame is a straight forward and well planned process that doesn't take too long (4 days) compared to a brick built house. The internal photos show the frame work for the various rooms along with the insulation materials. The new skylight has been installed and the Solar panels have been completed complete. 5 triple glazed windows have also been installed on the opposite side of the roof from the Solar Panels. See more info in our Eco Corner blog Solar Panels
The external cladding is going on along with the brickwork to the gable end, highlighting the "Round Window"
Internal work is continuing and the new staircase has been installed. There is now a recently laid patio to help create a relaxing envrironment, along with the gazebo once finished.
