JULY 2026 - Sicklinghall

This original 1900s traditional farm property was built in stone, wood and steel. The project was to add a Timber Frame extension with external stone cladding, to repoint the walls with lime mortar and to add a new slate roof. This involved a large amount of scaffolding to surround the property to enable the stone cladding to be done. The area intended for the extension allows for the Timber Frame to be built within the scaffolding space. The timber frame has now been clad with stone bricks along with the new roof tiles and skylight.
The original old farm building has been renovated and the windows changed to smart new ones. The timber frame extension is behind the main building.
