JUNE 2026 - Wilberfoss
The project was to demolish two single storey side extensions, prepare the foundation and construct a new external extension to the side of the existing house along with associated works. The extension includes a kitchen & dining area, with a porch canopy clad in OSB board. The glass walls were supplied & fitted by Reveal Doors & Windows made in their own factory in Pudsey, near Leeds. The Solarlux Cero Sliding door is made by a German company. Delivery & installation of the massive glass panels was a scary point in the build but the professionalism of the installation guys, along with our own people made the process go without a hitch.
This build project completed at the end of February 2026 but we are now working on the landscaping which is always the icing on the cake! The majority of the grass and plants have been installed and the garden is looking fantastic.
