SEPTEMBER 2026 - YORK
The project is a replacement for the existing back extension. It will involve the demolition of the existing single-storey back addition structure of an Edwardian semi-detached house to replace with a new extension. The Timber Frame has been delivered and has been installed. Underfloor heating in the extension has been laid and the floor has been poured. Note the interesting sharp brick design on the corner of the wall.
The aluminium bi-folding doors and casement window have been installed. The design of the window allows for a larger glass area due to the slim aluminium frames.
